Being apart of the Sales Team means that you will be knocking doors of home owners with Damaged Roofs, Siding, Etc.. You will be explaining to them how we can get their Roof-House Approved by Insurance by filing a Damage Report. Our Talented Team will teach you the ways! You will be expected to follow up on your clients and meet with Adjuster's from Insurance which is part of the process of getting a Roof Approved. This Job isn't for everyone. You have to be self motivated and not be discouraged by the "No's". The Job is beneficial for other aspects of life aswell. It can help overcome being introverted especially since you're talking to people that don't always necessarily want you there! It makes talking to people in everyday life easier! Since you are commision based you have no salary cap! Which is a good thing because you can make as much money as possible!
