Overview:We are seeking skilled Bench Carpenters to join a growing team in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment. This role focuses on high-quality finishing work for custom-built structures such as expo booths and marketing displays. Candidates should have strong experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, and laminate work, along with the ability to read blueprints and deliver precise, detail-oriented craftsmanship. Job Duties:Perform finish carpentry including trim work, cabinetry, and laminate application Build and assemble custom wood structures and components Operate hand tools and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members and leadership to complete projects Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in finishing carpentry Experience with hand tools including table saws, miter saws, and routers Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred Qualifications:Experience in exhibit fabrication, lamination, or box panel construction CNC router operation experience Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards Associates degree
