Earnings Potential:
The wage range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00. Hourly wage is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes performance bonus for eligible roles, commissions, and competitive benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates a multi-line phone system.
Answers all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department quickly.
Minimizes the time callers are on hold and checks back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding.
Provides voicemail for callers if an employee cannot be reached. Takes detailed messages when voicemail is not taken by caller and delivers message to appropriate party in a timely manner.
Greets showroom guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and determines the nature of their visit.
Directs guests to the correct department, notifies the appropriate employee that a guest is waiting and introduces the guest to a Sales or Service Representative.
Maintains an accurate log of all incoming phone calls.
Issues out dealer plates and maintain the dealer plate log according to the process set forth by the General Manager.
Issue out gas cards and maintain the gas card log according to the process set forth by the General Manager.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of receptionist front desk and showroom.
Office and Clerical Tasks:
Creates deal jackets for all incoming factory units to include key tags, stickers and other required information.
Maintains the vehicle logbook by accurately logging the required information for sold units and trade-ins.
Match up keys received from the detail department for factory units to their deal jacket and ensures all keys/deal jackets are to the respective department the same day the vehicle arrives on the ground.
Makes sure any keys not tagged are given to the General Manager to be stocked in.
Scans retail/lease finance contracts and uploads to the scan site daily. Mails out funding packets daily.
Scans retail/wholesale deals monthly and uploads to the scan site. Generate repair orders auto index file and upload to scan site daily.
Scans and uploads service repair orders to the scan site daily.
Scans and uploads other office items as requested by the General Manager.
Maintains a neat work area.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or automatic debits.
Issue receipts, refunds or change due to customers.
Balance cashier account every day.
Assists General Manager with other projects and duties as assigned.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous accounting experience and/or education is preferred.
Must have excellent phone etiquette.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be punctual.
Must possess the ability to multi-task.
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service.
Must utilize effective time management skills and have the ability to work effectively and productively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains a personal demeanor and professional appearance consistent with the Company culture, contributing to a positive, supportive work environment for all team members.
