We are looking for full-time/part-time remote and in personTherapists and Psychologiststo join our group practice.Requirements include being licensed in the State of Maryland, preferably with private practice/medical setting experience. All employees are W2 status.Sign-on bonus for those with Certifications and specialties, like Couples therapy or child/play therapy!The ideal canidate has a niche(s) (children, couples therapy, eating disorders, testing, trauma, etc.). Silver Psychotherapy provides a steady stream of referrals. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. We don't care who you love, what team you cheer for or where you come from, as long as you're kind and respectful to our clients, co-workers and yourself.We provide: A steady stream of referrals No on-call Competitive compensation, (part-time) 40k- 200k (full-time) An in-house admin/medical billers to coordinate scheduler/benefits/eligibility and submit claims Paid monthly group case consultation Paid time off and major holidays paid Health, Vision & Dental (FT staff only) 401k w/ matching Life Insurance Continuing Education Credit Supportive team environment Comfortable office space Credentialing with insurance, if not previously credentialed Requirements are: Current State license as a MD, RN, CNP, PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC Willing to work 12-40 hours per week Paneled with BCBS/Cigna/United a plus Prior private practice experience preferred Required education: Master’s or Doctorate Required license or certification: Pleasedo notapply until you are licensed within the state of Maryland.
