The ideal candidate will assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, and overall project coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projectsReview and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSupport project scheduling and tracking using project management toolsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersMaintain project documentation, reports, and correspondenceAssist with procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersMonitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on scheduleCommunicate project updates clearly with team members and leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferredExperience with government or public sector projects is a plusAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsStrong time management and organizational skillsPositive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Winspear?Competitive salaryBenefits package (health, retirement, PTO, etc.)Opportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative team environmentCompany DescriptionThe leaders of Winspear Construction have successfully completed a wide range of technically challenging projects across the country.
