If you're looking for a meaningful place to grow and make an impact, we want to hear from you!As a Summer Manufacturing Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring innerspring units meet quality standards before moving on in the production process. Your day-to-day will include:Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machineAttaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gunLifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier systemKeeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shiftWhat we're looking for:Ability to work in a physically demanding environmentMust be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shiftStrong attention to quality, safety, and teamworkAt HSM, we believe that our diversity creates a productive workplace.
