Hardware Debug Engineer (Server / PCB)
***Note: Need to travel to Guadalajara, Mexico (60 days on-the-job training) before starting in Memphis. Client will arrange logistics for their travel****.
Job Description:
Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex multi-layer server and data center PCBAs, including CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC, memory, and power subsystems.
Diagnose high-speed signal, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BMC logs, boundary scan, and diagnostic utilities.
Utilize advanced test equipment including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair.
Strong understanding of server power architecture, VRMs, power sequencing, and high-speed signal integrity fundamentals.
Experience with BGA rework, PCIe interfaces, and high-speed interconnects.
Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and PCB layout files.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
