We have been designated Great Place to Work for six consecutive years and many of our locations are awarded as Best and Brightest.Employment TypeFull TimeLocation:187 W Main St, Lehi, UT 84043Duties And Responsibilities Marketing occupied and vacant properties for lease, using MLS, multiple ILS’, company website, signs, etc. Place lockbox onpropertyafter receiving Notice to Vacate and prior to marketing Perform market analysis on rental comparisons to determine rental price point and communicate pricing withpropertyowner/client Duringpropertymarketing, providepropertyowner/client weekly email updates regarding showing activity and price reductions as necessary Performpropertywalks after tenant has provided notice to vacate, to determine marketability.
