Role Description The Campus Director is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and success of the Goodwill Excel Center located in Diboll, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting staff and faculty, implementing policies, and ensuring student success. Key responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with community stakeholders, and driving the school's mission to help adult students achieve their educational and career goals. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Proven experience in team leadership, school administration, and operational management.Education and Student Support: Strong understanding of adult education, curriculum development, student engagement, and support strategies to address diverse learner needs.Communication and Collaboration: Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships within the community and foster positive relationships.Organizational and Analytical Skills: Expertise in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and managing budgets effectively.Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges promptly, develop solutions, and implement actions to improve outcomes.Relevant Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and professional experience in education leadership or nonprofit management.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with educational tools, learning management systems, and standard office software.Commitment to Mission: Passion for adult education, workforce development, and community betterment.
