Quality Systems Analyst

Title: Quality Systems Analyst Location: Irvine, CA Pay: $40.00-$45.00/hour Schedule: Standard Office Hours Duration: 6-Month Contract In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support for Product Configuration Services (PCS) activities. You will assist in managing documentation, processing change requests, and ensuring accurate implementation of approved updates within established systems and procedures. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and upload electronic documentation related to change activitiesCreate and process Change Requests and Change Notices within PLM systems, including providing basic content recommendationsSupport the implementation of approved documentation changes, ensuring accuracy and completenessCoordinate with stakeholders to confirm completion of business priorities and updatesVerify proper incorporation of changes in accordance with proceduresParticipate in special projects and complete assigned tasks and deliverablesPerform additional administrative duties as requiredRequired Skills and QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, write, and speak English fluentlyBasic knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulated documentation practices (e.g., medical device or similar regulated environments)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to build and maintain stable working relationshipsComfortable working in a team environment under supervisionCommitment to following company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standardsScope and Level of ResponsibilityWorks under close and continuous supervisionFollows established procedures with limited deviationEscalates non-routine issues or questions to the supervisorRefers situations not covered by standard procedures for guidanceWork is regularly reviewed for accuracy, quality, and completenessPreferred QualificationsBilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) is a plus
