Job Title: “Title Processor- Tier 1” REQUIRED: · Some Title Insurance processing experience · Must be able to work full time in the Estero, FL Office (IN OFFICE job). o LOCATION: 9480 Corkscrew Palms Blvd, Estero, FL 33928 NOTARY - Preferred by not required. Job responsibilities will include: · File opening and processing · Ordering title exams, lien searches, estoppels and surveys. · Communication with all parties. · Notary signings (when available). Compensation: · $ 50,000.00 - $ 60,000.00 yearly starting salary. · 5-10% salary increase upon yearly review. · Bonus/ Profit Sharing. · 20% Commissions on personal referrals.
