Follow @abbvie on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Tik Tok (https://www.tiktok.com/@abbvie) .Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities+ Provide analytic support & data driven guidance for optimization of marketing tactics across multiple therapeutics & brands.+ Partner w/Business Technology Services (BTS) & Data Strategy teams to design, build, & implement AbbVie's digital marketing capabilities.+ Build advanced analytics models from internal data sources to inform marketing teams & optimize marketing tactics.+ Collaborate w/internal & external teams to deliver digital analytics dashboards, integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across marketing tactics & formulate strategic & tactical investment recommendations.+ Serve as a technical program lead for personal promotion optimization opportunities, facilitating conversation between business & technical (engineering, data science).QualificationsEducation & ExperienceMust have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.Must have 3 years of experience in a data analytics role:+ performing analytics for measurement & optimization;+ using SQL and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Anaconda, Visual Studio, R Studio, Python, R, Dataiku, &/or Snowflake, etc.;+ designing & developing dashboards using Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI.Experience may be gained concurrently.Additional InformationSalary Range: $139,428.00 - $202,500.00 per year.Apply online at https://careers.abbvie.com/en or send resume to Job.opportunity.abbvie@abbvie.com.
