Automotive Business Development Representative
Job description:
The Dave Arbogast Automotive Group in Troy, OH, seeks self-motivated, career-minded individuals to join our Sales Team within our Business Development Center (BDC). The BDC Agent position within our Business Development Center will help build a foundation to excel in the Sales and Automotive Industry. If you're interested in starting a career at an award-winning, family-run business, this position is for you! Previous Call Center experience preferred, but is NOT required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of Customer Inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat.
Respond to Internet Inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Follow up with Unsold Prospects.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills are a must to succeed.
Strong computer literacy and typing abilities are highly recommended.
Must be self-motivated and have a desire to perform at a high level.
Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and time management qualities are necessary.
Call Center experience is NOT required, but will help!
Dealership experience is NOT required, but will help!
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is recommended.
Schedule:
8 Hour Shifts
Approximately 40 Hours a Week
5 Day Work Week
Monday - Saturday,
One Day Off During the Week
Closed Every Sunday
Closed All Major Holidays
Compensation for this position is heavily performance-based. Agents will receive a base hourly rate with an aggressive, uncapped commission and bonus pay structure. Earning $40,000-$60,000 per year is easily attainable. High-performing individuals can earn more!
