For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program & Integration Manager - Logistics Platforms & Digital Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $108,360 – $154,800 annuallyResponsibilities Stabilize, optimize, and integrate SAP TMS and EWM post-launch Create and manage a backlog for platform enhancements and process maturity Establish practices for issue resolution and enhancement requests Support the transition to ECC-to-S/4HANA with release planning and testing Lead the in-transit visibility pilot and define operational processes Develop roadmaps for internal applications and digital tools Maintain product governance and manage third-party platform providersQualifications 8+ years in technical program management, systems implementation, or business-technology transformation Hands-on experience with SAP TMS, EWM, ECC/S4, and related platforms Experience directing data and BI engineers for critical integration Proficient in managing enterprise application integrations and APIs Experienced in leading SaaS pilots and vendor performance management Strong skills in converting operational challenges into actionable plans and roadmaps Excellent communication and documentation abilitiesBenefits Comprehensive medical and dental coverage through UHC and Kaiser 401k plan with company participation Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment Employee assistance and wellness programs Continuing education opportunities via platforms like Udemy and Coursera Paid time off and holidays, with a maximum of 120 hours annuallyOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
