Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT)Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite) Up to $100,000 salary (based on experience) Full-Time | Direct HirePosition Overview Our client is seeking a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support land development and infrastructure projects from planning and design through permitting and construction. This is a hands-on, onsite role working closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants using AutoCAD Civil 3D.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare civil engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for site development, roadways, drainage, and utilitiesUtilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop detailed designs, layouts, and modelsCollect and analyze survey data, zoning requirements, utility information, and jurisdictional codesAssist with engineering calculations, technical reports, and permitting documentationReview plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianceMaintain organized project files, drawings, and revision recordsCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, and regulatory agencies to support approvalsParticipate in design reviews, project meetings, and occasional site visitsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required (PE is a plus)3+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development or infrastructureProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong understanding of grading, drainage, and utility designDetail-oriented with solid problem-solving and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively onsiteWhat's OfferedDirect-hire opportunity with long-term growthSalary up to $100K depending on experienceCollaborative, project-driven environmentOnsite role in Scottsdale, AZ US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT: This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
