The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, printer support, and computer repair activities on a day-to-day basis.*Multiple Locations: Crown Point, IN/ Munster, IN/ Olympia Fields, IL/ Michigan City, IN/ Lafyette, IN/ Indianapolis, IN QualificationsDesktop Computers, Technical Support, Troubleshooting skillsPrinter Support, Computer Repair skillsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCustomer service orientation and the ability to work in a teamRelevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus*Flu, Varicella, Mumps, Rubella, and Rubeola (MMR) vaccines must be obtained, and the Tuberculosis test.
