Our client works alongside public and private partners to support innovative programs, research, and initiatives that promote healthier lifestyles and long-term wellness.Job Description:The Administrative Assistant Contractor will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership, including the Chief of Staff. This role is responsible for helping coordinate internal activities, maintaining organized processes, and supporting agency-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver administrative and coordination support to executive leadershipOrganize schedules, meetings, and cross-departmental initiativesAct as a liaison with external partners and stakeholdersOversee purchasing tasks, subscriptions, and renewalsCoordinate with IT and risk management teams to address operational needsPrepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentationMaintain records including inventory, employee milestones, and training registrationsAssist with performance tracking and organizational reporting processesHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionSupport special projects and provide general administrative assistance as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience2+ years of experience supporting executive leadership or similar administrative roles preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamHigh attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive informationPerks:Work with a purpose-driven organization making a difference in public healthCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to expand skills and gain valuable experienceAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
