The role includes collaborating with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement therapy plans, supporting individuals with speech and communication challenges, and conducting activities to improve articulation and language development. Duties also include maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with therapy materials, and providing progress updates to supervising therapists.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy, including assisting with therapy plans and interventionsUnderstanding of Communication Disorders and related treatment methodsSkills in Speech and Articulation improvement practicesStrong Communication skills to collaborate with therapists, clients, and families effectivelyState licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is requiredExperience working with children or individuals with diverse communication needs is a plusCompassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
