We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team and lead our service department in delivering top-quality customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Position: HVAC Service Manager Pay Scale: $55,000 - $80,000 yearly depending on experience + Performance Bonus Structure Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours weekly; overtime as required Location: Lock Haven Our Benefits: Health Insurance: Company covers 75% of the employee premium, 25% for dependents Short and long-term disability coverage available Life insurance coverage available Retirement Plan: IRA with 3% company match Company-issued phone, tablet, and uniform 3 PTO / sick days 6 paid holidays +2 paid floating holidays (Easteryour birthday)! 80 hours paid vacation Position Overview: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service Managing team of techniciansmaintaining service schedules Overseeing training and development ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policy Insure timely completion of HVAC service requests Maintaining customer relations Daily billing and warranty claims Ordering partsfinalize technicians estimates Ensure all vehicles are stocked Performance reviews of Technicians Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3+ years of related experience and/or training in management in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of HVAC industry knowledge Strong computer skillsMS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel) Service Titan software experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of technicians Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing service schedules, reports, and inventory High school diploma or equivalent Learn more about us: www.redmondscompletecomfort.com
