The Moderator/Facilitator will oversee and guide discussions, foster positive engagement within online communities, and ensure that all interactions adhere to the organization's guidelines. Daily responsibilities include moderating online forums, supporting community members, facilitating virtual meetings or events, resolving conflicts, and encouraging constructive dialogue. The role also involves identifying trends, providing reports on community insights, and contributing ideas to improve engagement strategies. Qualifications Strong communication, listening, and facilitation skills to lead diverse discussionsExperience in online community engagement and moderationOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote settingConflict resolution and interpersonal skills to foster a positive environmentUnderstanding of digital platforms and tools used for virtual collaborationAbility to build relationships across cultural and geographical boundariesPassion for youth empowerment and global community buildingPrior experience in leadership roles or community initiatives is a plus
