Account Executive – Mid Market (SaaS/Healthcare IT/EHR/RCM)Remote U.S. – The Account Executive – Mid Market is responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing sales into Physical Therapy (Pediatrics) office environments within their defined territory. This is a quota‐carrying position with responsibility to drive annualized revenue across the product lines offered by Raintree, including but not limited to EMR/EHR/PM Software, SaaS offerings, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and third‐party partner products. The role focuses on software and RCM business generation from new customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a sales territory to achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets while working as part of a teamGenerate new business from product and services sales to mid‐sized to large Physical Therapy practicesProspect for potential customers using direct methods, such as calls and face‐to‐face meetings, and indirect methods such as networkingIdentify and qualify new prospects to continually build pipelinePromptly and effectively engage with prospects identified through marketing lead generation effortsProvide useful feedback to marketing group on lead qualityAccurately track each prospect through the sales stages within CRM systemManage current quarter business and subsequent quarters' pipeline proactively and consistentlyDrive the sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closureProvide accurate forecasts around sales pipeline on a monthly basisImplement business and marketing initiatives to drive quota achievementDevelop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to deliver value, including strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted salesArticulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the organization and its solutions to differentiate capabilities to clientsDevelop and maintain a high level of domain and competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycleEffectively demonstrate products and servicesProvide feedback to Sales Management related to the market and competitor environmentContract negotiations with prospective clientsTravel within assigned territory and/or for industry events up to 50% of the timePosition Proficiencies and RequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
