Route MerchandiserWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Merchandiser to support the daily execution of merchandising responsibilities for our beverage products across retail accounts. This role plays a key part in maintaining product visibility, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and setting up promotional displays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to our retail partners.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Visit assigned retail locations daily to merchandise beverage productsStock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company planograms and store standardsRotate products to ensure freshness and reduce spoilageMaintain accurate inventory and report out-of-stock or low-stock itemsSet up promotional displays and signage as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staffMaintain cleanliness and organization of product displays and storage areasSafely operate company or personal vehicle between customer locationsReport any issues, damages, or safety concerns promptlyAssist sales team with special promotions or resets as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and route schedulesCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills & Qualifications:High School diploma or GED requiredPrior merchandising, grocery, or beverage industry experience preferredMust have a valid drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks for extended periodsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow route schedulesReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedComfortable using handheld devices or mobile apps for reporting and routingWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
