We're a luxury STR management company (Superhost + Premier Host status) operating in Park City, Utah - one of the top-performing STR markets in the country. We manage 75+ properties and are growing fast.What we're looking for:A self-directed sales pro who can own the full pipeline - prospecting, outreach, and closing - for bringing new property owners and their vacation rental properties under our management.This is commission-only, remote, and built for someone who wants uncapped earnings and doesn't need hand-holding.You:Have STR, property management, or real estate sales experienceCan build and work a pipeline independentlyKnow your way around a CRM (GoHighLevel experience is ideal)Are hungry, organized, and close-orientedThe deal:Commission on every property you bring on, tiered by property value (high/mid/low)Performance bonuses for hitting targetsFull training provided - I'll teach you everything about our market, pitch, and processI'm available to assist on closing calls when neededYou own sourcing, lead gen, and closing.
