AI Programmer / Artificial Intelligence Developer

In this role, you will develop practical Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve productivity, streamline business processes, and support better business decisions across the organization. You will design and deploy AI-powered applications, custom AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, system integrations, and data-driven tools that create measurable business value. Working closely with teams across IT, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other departments, you will solve real-world business challenges through technology and innovation. *What You'll Do* * Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and tools. * Build custom AI agents, assistants, and intelligent automation solutions. * Develop integrations between AI platforms and business systems. * Create APIs and services that support AI functionality. * Develop solutions that analyze business data and support decision-making. * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency. * Support predictive analytics, reporting, and visualization initiatives. * Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, and developed responsibly. * Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends. *Qualifications* *Required:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 2+ years of software development experience preferred. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning technologies. * Experience developing business applications and system integrations. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. *Technical Skills:* * Python * SQL and database management * API development and integration * Git version control * Software debugging and troubleshooting * Object-oriented programming principles *Preferred Experience* * Microsoft Azure AI Services * Microsoft AI Foundry * Microsoft Copilot Studio * Power Automate * Power BI * Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) * Large Language Models (LLMs) * Prompt Engineering * Natural Language Processing (NLP) * C#, JavaScript, or .NET development * Cloud computing platforms *Why Join Us?* This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is leveraged across a growing manufacturing organization.
