Follow the Blueprint:Comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions to perfection. Record Like a Pro:Keep accurate and detailed records to ensure everything is running smoothly. Measure with Precision:Use calipers and micrometers to achieve the highest level of accuracy in your work. Tooling Expertise:Operate and maintain injection tooling to keep production at its best. Inspect for Quality:Perform visual inspections of cores and tooling to guarantee top-notch quality. Load with Care:Load cores into saggers and setter blocks according to precise instructions. Maintain Excellence:Ensure core cure fixtures, setters, burn fixtures, and core dies are maintained for optimal operation.
