*Job Description*
R.L. Klein & Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* for a full-time school-based opportunity supporting *Pre-K students* in Winter Garden, Florida.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide individual and group speech-language therapy.
* Evaluate speech, language, and communication needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
* Support IEP goals and educational objectives.
* Maintain therapy and student documentation.
* Monitor student progress.
* Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.
* Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families.
* Complete required credentialing and compliance procedures.
*Qualifications*
* *Current SLP license* – Florida licensure required for placement.
* School-based experience preferred.
* Pediatric/Pre-K experience preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to collaborate with educators and related-service providers.
