This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and enhancing secure web applications while supporting cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps processes, and modern software development practices.The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow development, JavaScript-based web technologies, .NET development, cloud platforms, and enterprise application support within secure government environments. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and accessible applications that support mission objectives.ResponsibilitiesSupport all phases of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) software lifecycle, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, software testing, performance testing, and application enhancementsDevelop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Angular, or similar front-end frameworksDesign and develop applications using .NET MVC and Ruby on Rails technologiesDevelop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform enhancementsBuild and enhance web interfaces using the ServiceNow Service Portal frameworkUtilize Update Sets to manage feature promotion, application deployments, and bug fixes throughout the development lifecycleDevelop applications that comply with Section 508, WCAG accessibility standards, and organizational usability requirementsPerform unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testingCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze customer-specific data, business processes, and HR-related datasetsDevelop reports and analytics using IBM Cognos, Oracle SQL, and related reporting technologiesWrite and optimize Oracle SQL queries and work with XML, HTML, and other structured data formatsImplement secure software development practices using approved DevSecOps tools and methodologiesManage Linux and Windows cloud server environments supporting enterprise applicationsDevelop cloud-native automation and infrastructure management solutions using enterprise scripting tools and frameworksSupport system accreditation activities, including ICD-503 compliance, security documentation, remediation efforts, and evidence collectionTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain application reliability and performanceRequired QualificationsMust be fully cleared with a recent polygraphExperience supporting the full Operations and Maintenance (O&M) software lifecycleExperience with ServiceNow development and administrationExperience developing reports using IBM Cognos and IBM SPSS Statistics, including SPSS syntax and report conversionStrong Oracle SQL development experienceExperience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Angular, or similar web development frameworksExperience utilizing ServiceNow Update Sets for application lifecycle managementExperience developing applications using ServiceNow Service PortalExperience developing applications that comply with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standardsExperience working with customer-specific datasets and understanding enterprise data flowExperience performing unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testingExperience implementing DevSecOps principles and secure software development practicesExperience developing web applications using .NET MVCExperience developing applications using Ruby on RailsExperience administering Linux and Windows cloud server environmentsExperience managing cloud infrastructure using cloud-native scripting languages and enterprise automation frameworksExperience supporting ICD-503 accreditation processes, including security documentation, remediation, and compliance activitiesServiceNow CertificationExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsDesired QualificationsExperience supporting Human Resources (HR) systems and business processesExperience working with large enterprise datasetsExperience with survey administration and response analysisExperience using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or other business intelligence and data visualization toolsKnowledge of Agile software development methodologies and project management principlesExperience working within the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Agile development environmentsExperience supporting secure enterprise applications within government or Intelligence Community environments#CJFantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
