Owned and operated by Pentex Restaurant Group.Check us out online at pentexrg.com.Work Location - 1801 45th Street SW J, Fargo, ND 58103Status - Full-Time, HourlyResponsibilities:Work with the General Manager to oversee daily business operationsDeliver superior food and service, and maximize customer serviceRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsOrganize and supervise shiftsAssist in developing employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectationsProvide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issuesAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods and productsTrain new and current employees on proper customer service practicesManage the restaurant's great image and suggest ways to improve itEnsure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly if a guest or employee is injuredEnforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
