Responsible or set-up, sanitation, cleaning & closing of workstation area. employee will work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance & be available to work an event based schedule.This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until May 1, 2026.ResponsibilitiesAssists with the delivery of food to designated function areas.Supports with cooking (firing of food products, utilitizing a variety of equipment: convection oven, fryer, steams, among others.Responsible for maintaining quality and production standards on all menu items. Food must be fresh and of high quality when served to the guests.Assists with preparation of suite pre-orders, mid-event orders, catering events & varying concession items.Responsible for portion control and serving temperatures of all products served in the concession stand.Responsible for cleaning, stocking and restocking of workstations.Assist with cleaning dishes using the dishwasher & handwashing.Maintains a positive & compiant employee relations cliamateEnsures that all work areas and equipment are clean, food products are properly stored, utensils are clean and put away and floor is swept and mopped at end of shift.Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.QualificationsPrevious experience or training in food preparation or other related kitchen experience required.Detail oriented, ability to multi-task & effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights & weekends (based on events).Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.Ability to speak, read, and write in English.Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.Possess valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
