Virtual School-Based Speech Therapy | Washington

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based services, located in Spokane, WA. This role involves providing teletherapy and in-person speech-language services within an educational setting. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needsDeliver therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goalsMaintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomesCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals to support coordinated careEngage families in the therapeutic process, providing education and support Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive state licensure or eligibility for licensure in WashingtonCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferredExperience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCapability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment To qualify:Possession of a current license approved by the Washington State Board of Speech-Language PathologyCompletion of a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology This position offers an opportunity to engage with an experienced advisory team of SLPs within the state and access to professional support designed to advance clinical expertise.
