This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining professional communication, and assisting with client service and investment transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:May be required to Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate partyMay be required to Greet clients, offering to situate them comfortably in preparation for meetings with their advisor or client service associateMaintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mailMaintain up-to-date client contact information in CRM program and maintain other business logsPrepare clients’ 1031 exchange, real estate, and other investment purchase paperworkCoordinate 1031 closings with title, exchange accommodators and investment sponsorsMonitor transactions and assist as needed to ensure timely investmentsProvide ongoing client service support for real estate and other client investmentsProvide support for investment transactions and client communications, including onboarding of new clients and other relationship-building opportunitiesAid client service team as neededMaintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm businessPerform other related duties as requiredQualifications:Associates degree or higher preferred, or 5 years of related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassion for providing an unbelievable client experienceProfessional and courteous demeanorDetail oriented and well-organizedAbility to multi-taskStrong computer skills, with experience in Office 365 suiteAdherence to firm’s Privacy Policy, Client Confidentiality, and Code of Ethics, as well as regulatory policies and proceduresWillingness to attain securities licensing under the sponsorship of employerA “can do” attitude and willingness to wear many hats within an office environmentExtreme OwnershipFeatured Benefits401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePowered by JazzHR0lKiWLsiv2
