Dispensary Shift Manager

We have a strong presence in both Colorado and Oregon, and we're expanding our footprint in the cannabis industry. Our Portland dispensary is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service. Position Overview: As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing excellent customer service. You will lead a team of employees, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and motivate a team of dispensary staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. - Oversee inventory management, including receiving and inspecting deliveries, and ensuring product quality. - Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during your shift. - Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations. - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. - Monitor and report on KPIs such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service management role, preferably in the cannabis industry. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
