This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of systems architecture, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.You will own the full lifecycle of our core platforms-from strategy to administration-while leading a global team of administrators and analysts. As the SME across NetSuite and Salesforce, you will drive the Lead-to-Cash process including CPQ, CLM, AR/AP automation, PLM, and billing.This role combines deep technical execution with executive influence.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Leadership & ArchitectureServe as primary SME and strategic owner for NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM)Architect scalable solutions across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycleDefine platform standards, governance, and integration design patternsTranslate business needs into technical roadmapsBalance short-term delivery with long-term scalabilityTeam Management & DevelopmentLead a global team across NA, LATAM, and EUSet performance expectations and coaching plansBuild a high-accountability, collaborative culturePartner with HR and IT leadership on hiring and team scalingImplementations & IntegrationsLead end-to-end implementations and enhancementsManage integrations (Boomi, Snowflake, Zoom, TalkDesk, etc.)Oversee data migration, testing, and deploymentDrive change management and adoptionProcess OptimizationImprove workflows across Finance, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and PLMLead business analysis and future-state designEnsure audit readiness and complianceBuild reporting and analytics for leadership insightsOperations & SupportOwn system health, releases, and user administrationResolve complex system issuesManage vendors and licensingMaintain roadmap and backlog prioritizationRequired QualificationsExperience7+ years in Business Systems or ITDeep expertise in NetSuite or Salesforce (experience with both preferred)Proven success leading complex implementations3+ years managing global teamsExperience with Lead-to-Cash processes (CPQ, CLM, billing, etc.)Experience with integration platforms (Boomi preferred)Technical SkillsNetSuite: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, ARM, multi-subsidiarySalesforce: Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Apex, LWCIntegration: REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS toolsData: Snowflake or similar, data modelingProject Management: Agile/Scrum, Jira, AsanaLeadership & CommunicationStrong executive communication skillsAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholdersExperience driving organizational changeThrives in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsNetSuite or Salesforce certificationsBoomi certificationExperience with SnowflakeFamiliarity with SOC 2, NIS2 complianceExperience in post-acquisition environmentsFor more information please see the Benefits Highlights brochure for regular, full-time employees.In addition, you can access the Benefit Highlights brochure for regular, full-time employees by copying and pasting the link into your browser: https://www.platformscience.com/benefit.Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $120,000 and $165,000 The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant training and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
