This includes ensuring collection calls are made within 5 days of accounts becoming delinquent, negotiating payment plans with customers, maintaining detailed collections notes, and escalating collections issues to management.The Impact You'll MakeIdentify, prioritize, and proactively contact accounts requiring collection activity. Research, analyze, and resolve account discrepancies to ensure accurate account status.Prepare and deliver month-end reports related to collections performance and outstanding receivables.Additional duties, as assigned.Who You ArePrefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting or related fieldAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in working with SAPAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in related role or in Accounts ReceivableComputer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate experience in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook required). Experience in SAP, 10 Key By TouchMonster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated yearly hourly rate of $19.00 to $25.00. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
