Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Loader Operator to join our team. The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, transport, and organize aggregate materials in our yard. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Load trucks, trailers, or conveyors with sand, gravel, rock, and other aggregate products. Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to MSHA/OSHA regulations as applicable (Training provided) Conduct daily pre- and post-shift inspections of loaders, checking fluid levels, tires, and grease points. Assist with basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain and organize bulk material stockpiles to ensure an orderly yard. Assist in safely loading customer vehicles while providing friendly, professional service. Perform site cleanup and other utility tasks such as sweeping or shoveling as needed. Communicate regularly via radio and follow instructions. Work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications: Previous experience operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders is a plus, but not required (training provided) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, climb into equipment, and lift over 50 pounds. Strong communication skills to follow supervisor instructions and coordinate with truck drivers and plant operators. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Basic understanding of equipment operation or willingness to learn technical skills on the job MSHA or First Aid certifications are a plus but not required (training provided) Why Join Adobe Rock?
