(standard night shift) 6:00 pm-2:30 am overtime required when necessaryJob Responsibilities Measuring voltage and current accurately and safely. Using this data to troubleshoot circuitsWorking safely with various voltage systems (460V, 220V, 120V AC and 24V DC)Understanding motor starting circuits and power distributionAdjusting the tension of belts and chainsDeveloping an overall maintenance schedule based on the requirements of each deviceAnalyzing cards and chips and replacing if necessaryTroubleshooting network systemsTroubleshooting cabling and I/O devicesConfiguring and troubleshooting IBM-compatible computersUnderstanding and utilizing ICARE principles to communicate at all levels within the organizationImprove quality and efficiency on the production floorMinimum Requirements3+ years of related experienceCritical Skills:Electrical Skills Required:Measuring voltage and current for troubleshootingReading and interpreting electrical schematicsWorking with PLC programs (uploading, downloading, troubleshooting)Troubleshooting control circuits with components like photo eyes, solenoid valves, and limit switchesMechanical Skills Required:Identifying and replacing worn partsDeveloping maintenance schedules for equipmentPerforming lubrication, oiling, and cleaning per maintenance manualsWorking with pneumatic circuits (cylinders and solenoid valves)Personal Attributes and Competencies:Self-motivated and self-directed work styleExtreme attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing business demandsUnderstanding of ICARE principlesStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience working with customers, employees, and suppliersPhysical Requirements:100% standing, bending, lifting, and climbingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds unassistedWork Environment:Distribution warehouse settingClosely monitored environment with legal compliance requirementsCareer Level - IC - Operations Support - O3McKessonRPOWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
