Overview In this role you lead software design and development initiatives within the IT team, tackling complex, cross-functional projects. You guide architecture, delivery, and alignment with business goals, influencing technology decisions and project outcomes. You mentor teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time, quality results. You will work on end-to-end systems, DevOps-driven delivery, and stay ahead of technology trends to support customer needs.
