2026 Intern - SEI Data Office Business Analyst Intern

SEI Data Office Business Analyst InternWe are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support the SEI Data Office and Professional Services engagements, with a focus on technology delivery and project execution. This role is designed for an early-career candidate who is eager to learn how enterprise platforms are delivered to clients and how business needs translate into clear requirements and actionable plans. The intern will work closely with consultants, delivery leads, and platform teams to help document and validate requirements, analyze current-state and future-state business processes, and support successful client implementations. You will assist with discovery and working sessions, capture user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain requirement/decision logs, and contribute to project artifacts such as process maps, workflows, and implementation runbooks. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to build structured problem-solving and communication skills while supporting real client delivery across the SWP platform and related technology initiatives. Criteria: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear next steps Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present information to different audiences Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and learning new domains; strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately (e.g., notes, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation) Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); able to organize information and maintain documentation Interest in financial services, wealth management, and enterprise platforms; willingness to learn domain terminology and client workflows A collaborative, customer-minded approach and enthusiasm for learning from feedback Our Story: We are a technology and asset management company delivering on our promise of building brave futures (SM)for our clients, our communities, and ourselves.
