.NET Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development Location: New Jersey Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week Experience Required: 10+ years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, Angular or React, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. The candidate should also have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs, and microservices. Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular or React. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with third-party systems. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs. Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production support. Follow Agile development practices and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. AI-Assisted Development Responsibilities Use Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools for: Code generation and refactoring Unit test creation Code reviews and quality improvements Debugging and troubleshooting Technical documentation Develop and promote responsible AI-assisted development standards and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve team productivity through AI-supported development workflows. Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs, and microservices. Hands-on front-end development experience with Angular or React. Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations. Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. Experience with SQL databases and data-access technologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and Agile development. Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools. Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite in New Jersey three days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating generative AI or large language model capabilities into enterprise applications. Knowledge of secure AI usage, prompt engineering, and responsible AI development practices. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
