Requirements: Minimum 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 15 months with at least 2 months in winter weather conditions Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years. No SAP drivers - must not have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test. No major moving violations in the last 3 years, encompassing both personal and CMV. No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years, with no more than one incident in the last 18 months. No more than 5 jobs held in the last 3 years. No DUI in a personal motor vehicle (PMV) in the last 7 years, and only one in a lifetime.
