Our team operates with professionalism and a commitment to superior service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Tampa, FL, for an Architectural Exterior Cladding Installer. The role involves performing precision installation and finishing of exterior siding, including measuring, cutting, and securing materials. You will work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes. Responsibilities include:Conduct site planning and inspections, and review technical compliance with project specsMeasure, cut, and install complex high-end architectural exterior siding envelope systems including metal, composite, fiber cement, stone, and rainscreensMeasure, cut, and install aluminum and steel framingCoordinate installation methods with project architect and foremanCoordinate the organization of tools, materials, and labor with overseersUse of precision tools, power tools, and hand toolsInterpret technical drawings, elevations, and blueprintsConsideration in application to conform to standards laid out by a company admin, the architect, and/or on-site admin (e.g. superintendent, foreman). Probable considerations include fastener size and type, weatherproofing, vapor barriers, and other typical and atypical specialty finishesEnsure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety proceduresCooperation with other on-site contractors, laborers, overseers, and off-site administratorsMay supervise general laborers and assist in site layoutQualificationsExperience with exterior cladding installation, including knowledge of various siding materials and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation guidelinesProficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and machinery commonly used in cladding installationExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to maintain attention to detail and produce high-quality workUnderstanding of safety protocols and building code compliancePhysical stamina to perform manual labor and work in outdoor environmentsPrior experience in the construction industry strongly preferred but not mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or siding installation are a plus
