In the role of Electrical EIT, we'll count on you to: Conduct analyses to develop power-related design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of project deliverables (examples include engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications) Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables. Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers / professionals on larger projects Work with assistance from Project Engineers, other Engineers In-Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as needed Perform other duties as needed Preference given to local candidates Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering with an Electrical emphasis Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm Desire/interest in the electrical generation and renewable energy sectors Strong communication, leadership, planning skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Ability to manage, lead and mentor other team members.
