Our concrete division provides a full range of flatwork services including sidewalks, driveways, patios, stamped and colored concrete, pool decks, and commercial slabs. Open Positions: We are hiring for the following roles within our concrete team: Concrete Foreman Concrete Finisher Concrete Crew Members / Laborers What You’ll Do: Concrete Foreman Lead and direct daily concrete operations. Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, and site quality. Coordinate with management and customers. Ensure safety, efficiency, and high‑quality craftsmanship. Concrete Finisher Execute all finishing techniques: broom, trowel, edging, stamping, decorative work. Assist with forming, grading, and site prep. Work on residential and commercial flatwork projects such as patios, sidewalks, slabs, and driveways. Concrete Crew Members Support all phases of concrete work: prep, forming, pouring, raking, finishing. Operate tools and equipment (training provided). Perform physical, outdoor labor in a team environment. What We’re Looking For: Foreman 3+ years of concrete experience; leadership preferred. Ability to read plans and manage project workflow. Finishers Prior concrete finishing experience required. Crew Members No experience required—willing to train motivated individuals. All Candidates Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work outdoors. Valid driver’s license preferred. CDL license a plus. Why Work with Us: Competitive pay based on experience.
