STARTING PAY $24.00+Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of small engines and equipment, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, snow blowers, and other power tools.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on small enginesConduct routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, blade sharpening, etc.)Inspect equipment to identify worn or damaged partsReplace or repair defective componentsMaintain accurate service recordsEnsure all work is completed safely and efficientlyCommunicate with customers regarding repair needs and timelinesQualificationsPrevious experience as a small engine mechanic or similar role preferredKnowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke enginesFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipmentStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStanding, bending, and working with tools for extended periodsBenefits (optional)Competitive payPaid time offHealth insuranceRetirement planEmployee discounts
