Human Resource AdminJob Category: Member ServicesRequisition Number: ADMIN033144Location: San Diego, CA, USADescriptionCompensation Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the EVP of HR's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments and travel plans, and prioritizing commitmentsPrepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reportsHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretionCoordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-upsArrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itinerariesProvide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document management, and data entryAssist with onboarding logistics and coordination for new hiresMaintain organized records of HR documents in compliance with company policiesProcess and track departmental invoices, ensuring timely and accurate paymentsManage expense reimbursements for HR leadership and team membersMaintain accurate records of expenses and assist with budget tracking as neededAnswer and route correspondences to the appropriate individualReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packagesRoute correspondence to the appropriate department, region, or individual in a timely mannerPrepare and process outgoing mail, including shipments and courier servicesMaintain organized mail distribution systems to ensure efficiency and accuracyCoordinate department events, meetings, and team activitiesServe as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendorsAssist with other administrative tasksWhat we are looking for:2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a HR office environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionDetail oriented with strong problem solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks and work under time constraintsA willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a "Thank You"What you will receive in return:A predictable M-F, 8am 5pm schedule.Company provided benefits, such as paid vacation, sick, holidays as well as various insurance plans customized to meet your personal needs, including a 401k plan.Job training and career development.Ace Parking is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
