Events Operations Manager

You’ll lead the day-to-day flow of the operation, making sure everything leaving the warehouse meets Top Shelf standards. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of event execution behind the scenes: Building and organizing cocktail batches, prep, and production Managing inventory, tools, and event kits Overseeing ordering and keeping par levels tight Leading the team in the warehouse and jumping in wherever needed Ensuring every event is packed, staged, and truly ready to go This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds leadership role. You won’t be managing from a desk—you’ll be in the operation, setting the tone, catching the details, and making sure nothing slips.
