Events Operations Manager

Primary Focus This role is for someone who understands that great events are built long before the first drink is poured.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.The Event Operations & Production Manager works side-by-side with the operations team to ensure every detail—from batching syrups to loading vans—is dialed, organized, and ready for service. You’ll lead the day-to-day flow of the operation, making sure everything leaving the warehouse meets Top Shelf standards. This role owns that difference. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of event execution behind the scenes: Building and organizing cocktail batches, prep, and production Managing inventory, tools, and event kits Overseeing ordering and keeping par levels tight Leading the team in the warehouse and jumping in wherever needed Ensuring every event is packed, staged, and truly ready to go This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds leadership role. You won’t be managing from a desk—you’ll be in the operation, setting the tone, catching the details, and making sure nothing slips. While bartenders and event leads bring the experience to life in front of guests, you ensure they walk in set up for success every single time.
