Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographicallocation,and internal alignment.SummaryThe Electronics Technician is an integral part of our production team.Under moderate supervision, the Electronics Technician builds assemblies within establishedtimeframesand todocument specification, ensuring that all work and components meet rigorous quality standards. The Electronics Technician displays keen attention to detail and supports others in the shop and throughout the company, both technically and as teammates.ResponsibilitiesThe following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may beassignedother duties.Manufacturing and assembling cables and wire harnessesTesting and function checking completed assembliesFilling out travelers and documenting components’ progress through the shopRegular use of the following tools: soldering iron, wire cutter/stripper/crimper, screwdriver, hand drill/grinder/cutter, drill press, Windows PC, digital multi-meter, etc. Communicate,discussand listen to challenges with management, teammates, etc. Required QualificationsThe following are a non-exhaustive list of qualifications for the position:High School Diploma/GED1+ years of experience soldering and/or hand crimpingExperience in a production settingPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with analog and digital electronicsFamiliarity using a microscopeFamiliar using a digital multimeterEdge Autonomy BenefitsMatching 401(k)Paid PTOPaid holidaysMedical, vision, and dental insuranceGroup Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityHSA and FSA OptionsCritical Care PlanAccident Care PlanClearance RequirementsThis position may require access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). Employees will use standard office equipment, including computers, and mustdemonstratestamina to sit or stand whilemaintainingattention to detail despite potential interruptions. The role may require occasional activities such as walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and bending. Vision is necessary for reading printed materials and a computerscreen,while hearing and speech are essential for effective communication both in person and over the telephone.Additionally, the position may necessitate travel by air or automobile.Employees maybe requiredto use personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coats, to ensure safety in the production environment.
