Street Sweeping Crew LeadEl Paso, TX 8pm-6am Mon-Fri $22-$25 an hour+overtime+benefits DutiesSupervise and direct street sweeping crew members during daily operations Assign routes and monitor completion of scheduled sweeping activities Operate street sweeping vehicles and related equipment when necessary Conduct pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations Train new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and performance standards Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and route documentation QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required 2+ years experience in street sweeping, public works, landscaping, construction, or related field Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, depending on vehicle requirements)
