About the JobJoin our team at Fountains Country Club as a Golf Bagroom & Cart Attendant!You will have the opportunity to interact with guests, ensure their safety, and provide exceptional customer service. This is an ideal position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a passion for hospitality, and are comfortable speaking to our members.Requirements:Prefer previous experience at a golf club in the area of bag room, golf cart, or driving range, but not necessary.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.Must possess a valid driver's license in order to operate any vehicle onsite, including gas vehicles and electric vehicles.All vehicles must be driven slowly at all times and with extreme caution.Load golf bags for Members and Guests onto Golf Carts.Ability to lift golf bags up to 25 pounds and return them to their proper position on a daily basis.Cart Wash Area/Trash Cans are cleaned at the end of the day.Opening/Closing Shift Leader checklist is completed every day.Assist with Tournament Setup/Breakdown during Tournament Days.Responsible for properly receiving/returning golf bags to the Bag Drop Area.Assist Members with Lost and Found items such as Golf Clubs and Headcovers.About the Company
