2nd Shift Production Line Operator/Assembler

We're *hiring ASAP* for multiple *2nd Shift Production Line Operators/Assemblers* in *North Phoenix *(zipcode 85027)! * Monday - Friday (every other Friday off!) * 3pm-12:30am * $19.80/hr * Attendance bonuses! $$$ *Job Responsibilities:* * Operate production line equipment and tools to manufacture solar panel brackets * Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving parts. * Assemble bracket components according to specifications and engineering drawings. * Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and quality standards. * Follow production schedules to meet daily output and efficiency goals. * Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. * Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished goods as needed. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience on production line or assembly within a manufacturing environment * Comfortable with repetitive motions, twisting, pushing with arms * Confident with various hand tools and power tools - specifically Allen wrenches and drills * Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to stand for 8+ hours at one station * Own or acquire steel/composite toe boots/sneakers before start date * Ability to pass a drug test and background check #INDAZ Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
